Pineapple Upside Down Cake
The cakes were excellent! Gone in minutes! It’s now ash’s favourite cake. The butter cake is perfectly dense and the pineapples were not so “pineapply”. The density of the cake is just right. Don’t change anything with the cake texture, it’s perfect, it’s perfectly buttery
The cake was soft and less sweet as u mentioned which is good. The taste of pineapple and the cake is well balance. Appearance tip top and at Rm48/cake (1.4kg) it's the cheapest in Klang Valley, so worth it

Sedapnyerrrrrrrrrr. I had some in the UK a while back toooooo sweet and gooeey tastin and mcm the cake base mcm drenched in pineaaple syrup ke apa kot soooo it was overtly moist and sweet. Tp i had one in the states when i was studying 20yrs back and old lady from texas baked me one and that tasted good somewhat similar to yours (for me and my hubbs mmg just right the sweetness)...keep it up adik. Youre doin so well.
