Baking for Everyone: Special Dietary Needs

We know that everyone’s dietary needs are unique, and while we can’t cater to every single preference, we’re dedicated to keeping you informed. Each of our product posts comes with detailed tags (refer to Cloud Tags on the right side of page) so you know exactly what’s in your favorite treats. In this post, we’re doing a short dive into the world of special dietary needs to shed some light on the different groups we strive to serve.

Who knows? Maybe we’ll expand our menu to include more options that fit these categories. Let’s explore together!

  • Vegan: Individuals who do not consume any animal products, including meat, dairy, eggs, and honey.
  • Vegetarian: Individuals who do not eat meat, but may consume dairy products and eggs.
  • Keto/Low-Carb: Individuals following a ketogenic or low-carb diet, focusing on high fat and low carbohydrate intake.
  • Paleo: Individuals following a paleo diet, which excludes grains, legumes, dairy, and processed foods.
  • Organic: Individuals who prefer organic ingredients, free from synthetic pesticides and fertilizers.
  • Gluten-Free: Individuals who have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity and cannot consume wheat, barley, rye, and their derivatives.
  • Dairy-Free: Individuals who are lactose intolerant or have a dairy allergy and avoid all dairy products.
  • Nut-Free: Individuals who have allergies to tree nuts and peanuts and must avoid them in all forms.
  • Soy-Free: Individuals who are allergic to soy or choose to avoid it for other health reasons.
  • Sugar-Free: Individuals who avoid sugar, often due to diabetes or other health concerns.
  • Allergen-Free: Individuals who need to avoid common allergens like shellfish, eggs, or corn.
  • Halal: Individuals who follow Islamic dietary laws and require food that is permissible according to these guidelines.
  • Kosher: Individuals who follow Jewish dietary laws and require food prepared in accordance with these guidelines.
  • Low-Sodium: Individuals who need to limit their sodium intake due to hypertension or other health conditions.
  • Whole30: Individuals following the Whole30 program, which eliminates sugar, alcohol, grains, legumes, soy, and dairy for 30 days.
  • Raw Food: Individuals who consume uncooked, unprocessed foods.
  • Other groups worth mentioning that has their own dietary needs: M40, B40, Warga Emas, 50 and gigi dah tak kuat.. hehehe kidding
